Unlike other real - estate games that mix competition and monopolies, in Anti - Monopoly, players are divided into competitors and monopolists right at the start. Each type follows distinct rules to make big bucks! It's a blast to play, super easy to learn, and offers endless replay value. The game comes with 28 Title Cards, 25 Competitor Cards, 25 Monopolist Cards, a Game Board, 6 Pawns, 50 houses and apartments, Dice, Paper Money, and Instructions.

How to play: First, divide players into competitors and monopolists. Shuffle all the cards and set up the game board. Each player chooses a pawn and gets some paper money to start. Roll the dice to move around the board. Competitors and monopolists follow different rules as they try to earn money. For example, monopolists might try to control more properties. As you land on different spaces, you can use the cards and buy or sell houses and apartments. Things to note: Make sure everyone understands the rules before starting. Don't get too carried away and remember it's just a game. If there's any confusion during the game, refer to the instructions. Maintenance: After each game, put all the cards back in order and store them in a dry place. Keep the game board flat to prevent warping. Check the paper money and pawns for any damage and replace them if needed.
